Website

  • weblabor.mx has a new look, with Weblabor's colours, typeface and logo, and a new home: adverts for the products, the product catalogue with its filters, the services, who we are and a way to get in touch.
  • Every Weblabor product has its own page, with what it solves, its benefits and its Frequently asked questions, and Open the product takes you to it. Products lists them all with filters.
  • Every service has its own page too, and Services lists them, the custom services apart from those built on Weblabor's products.
  • The new Open Source page lists Weblabor's free packages, each with a button that copies the command to install it, and the new About page tells who Weblabor is and how it works.
  • The new Contact page offers WhatsApp and a form. The messages sent from it reach Contact Messages in the panel, and the ones that look like spam are set aside there. Contact messages
  • weblabor.mx now has a Portfolio and a Blog. You write each entry once, in Spanish, in the Web page group of the panel, and it is translated into the site's other languages by itself. Portfolio and blog
  • The addresses of the previous weblabor.mx site take you to their new pages.
  • When you are signed in, the site no longer sends you to the panel: you can browse it, and Go to panel takes you back.
  • Help is no longer in the site's menu or footer. The help centre keeps its address.
  • Several fixes were made to the website.

The panel

  • The panel has a new look: a navy side menu that you can fold to its icons with the menu button, and a top bar that stays in place. Your dashboard and the side menu
  • The dashboard says whose summary it is, keeps the person and role choice in a compact box, and shows its figures on cards. Your dashboard and the side menu
  • Dates and times are now shown in your own time zone, which you can change on your profile. Everyone starts on Mexico City time. Dates and time zones
  • The new Documents screen lets everyone read the guides, roles, decisions and plans the team keeps for Weblabor Admin. Read the project documents
  • The sign-in page tells you why you were signed out, and an account that is not active is signed out and cannot sign in. Manage users
  • Texts throughout the panel now show in your language, and their contrast was raised so they are easier to read.
  • Several fixes were made to the panel.

MCP server

  • Super administrators can now connect an AI assistant, such as Claude Code, to the system, with a token of their own. From the assistant they can look up records, register incomes, expenses and loans, group them into transfers, compare a bank statement, split an expense, finish a loan, move a sprint's money, pay the team, run a Ploi setup, review database access and environment settings, renew licences, and write portfolio and blog entries. The MCP server

Team and hiring

  • Hiring a candidate no longer gives their account a shared password: it gets one nobody sees, and the person is emailed a link to set their own. Job applications and tests
  • A new application starts in the Pending phase at the Trainee level.
  • Several fixes were made to users, hiring and contracts.

Projects and tasks

  • Only the person who put a tag on a task can remove it. Work on your tasks
  • Transfer Money asks for an amount above zero and a destination from its list, and no longer offers the sprint itself. A sprint cost that already has paid expenses can no longer be deleted. Manage projects and sprints
  • The default members added to a new project get the same database access and hourly rate history as a member added by hand. Default project members
  • Several fixes were made to projects, tasks and time tracking.

Finance

  • The money screens open only for people who can see finances, or for the person a record belongs to. Your payments
  • Several fixes were made to the finance screens and the Payment tool.

Infrastructure

  • Execute on Ploi now also adds a webhook to the project's GitLab repository, so every push to the environment's branch deploys the site. Servers and applications
  • The Html Tool only downloads stylesheets from public web addresses, and tells you when it skips one. The Html Tool
  • Several fixes were made to the Ploi tools.

Corrections

  • Several fixes were made elsewhere in the product.
