Weblabor AI Development Service Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Service Provider: Carlos Eli Escobar Ruiz, individual, with business name WebLabor («Weblabor»), RFC EORC9302022E9, with address at Calle 19 #135 corner 32, Colonia Chuburná de Hidalgo, Mérida, Yucatán, México.

Service: teaching Weblabor methodology for programming with artificial intelligence using AI Toolkit.

Related documents: the quote or accepted written agreement, these terms and the Weblabor General Terms and Conditions.

1. Object and nature of the service

The AI Development service teaches the Client the methodology that Weblabor uses to program with artificial intelligence, supported by AI Toolkit and Weblabor Base, so that the Client develops their own applications.

It is a teaching and mentoring service. It is not a recorded course that you can purchase and watch at any time, and it is not a custom software development service: Weblabor is not obligated to design, program, complete, launch, or maintain the Client's applications.

2. Order of precedence

If two documents contradict each other, they are applied in this order:

  1. The quote or written agreement that the Customer accepted, insofar as it expressly provides.
  2. These conditions.
  3. Weblabor General Terms and Conditions.

What a document does not regulate is governed by the following.

3. Quote and plan

The service is quoted. The quote sets the plan: what it includes, how long it lasts, how many people participate, how many projects it covers, the price, taxes, and any special conditions. These conditions do not set prices or plans.

What the quote does not expressly state is not included.

4. What can the service include

According to the plan stated in the quote, the service may include, among other things:

a) Teaching meetings or sessions, online or in-person, and the number of meetings indicated in the quote.

b) Access to a WhatsApp group for participants and the Weblabor team.

c) Support materials, documentation and examples.

d) Weblabor Base license, according to section 5.

e) An initial subscription period for AI Toolkit, if the quote states so, according to section 6.

f) Other benefits mentioned in the quote.

Just because something can be included doesn't mean it is included. The benefits, their number, their duration, and their format (online or in-person) are those stated in the quote.

5. Weblabor Base

The service includes the Weblabor Base license for the number of projects indicated in the quote.

That license is governed exclusively by the Weblabor Base licensing terms published at https://base.wbor.dev/es/terminos. Purchasing the service does not expand or modify the rights of that license. An additional project requires its own license.

6. AI Toolkit

AI Toolkit is a separate product, with its own terms and its own monthly subscription. This service teaches how to use it, but it is not AI Toolkit nor does it add limits or benefits to it.

The service does not include the AI Toolkit subscription, unless the quote includes an initial period. When that period ends, or if the quote does not include one, the Customer pays for the AI Toolkit subscription at their own expense to continue using it, in accordance with AI Toolkit's terms, which Weblabor makes available to you before you use it. AI Toolkit may not yet be available at the time of contracting; in that case the quote indicates it.

Weblabor is not obligated to provide AI Toolkit at no cost or to maintain its access when the included period ends.

7. Third-party artificial intelligence tools

The service does not include accounts, credits, tokens, subscriptions, or consumption from external artificial intelligence providers. The Client chooses, contracts, and pays for them independently.

Weblabor does not guarantee the availability, prices, or operation of those services. A change, restriction, or interruption by an external provider is not a breach of Weblabor.

8. Meetings and sessions

Meetings are requested and scheduled through Weblabor's official support channels, within the business hours established in the General Terms and Conditions and according to the team's availability.

Meetings are counted per session held, not by result: the fact that the Client does not complete what they wanted during the session does not make it unrealized.

Weblabor decides which team member teaches each session and may replace them. If Weblabor reschedules a session due to an operational reason, it offers another reasonable date and does not deduct it.

Included meetings are used during the validity period stated in the quote. Any unused meetings at the end of that validity period are forfeited, with no refund or exchange for money, and are not transferred to another person or account.

An in-person meeting included is held where the quote indicates. In-person meetings not included, or their transfers, are quoted separately, as established in the General Terms and Conditions.

9. WhatsApp Group

If the plan includes a WhatsApp group, it serves for participants and the Weblabor team to share questions, announcements, and experiences. It is not individual technical support and does not guarantee a response, solution, or response time, unless the quote states otherwise.

Participants can see the names, photos, and phone numbers of other participants, just like in any WhatsApp group.

Posting illegal, offensive, fraudulent, or unauthorized advertising content in the group is prohibited, as is sharing passwords, API keys, tokens, confidential information, or third-party personal data. Weblabor may moderate the group and remove anyone who violates these rules. Weblabor may also change messaging platforms if necessary, notifying participants beforehand.

Other participants' opinions are not official positions of Weblabor.

10. What the service is not

The service does not include consulting, technical support, code review, programming, server administration, or maintenance of the Client's applications, except for what the quote expressly mentions. Hosting and domain management are separate services.

When the Client needs something else, they can request it from Weblabor. Weblabor decides whether to accept it and quotes it separately.

11. Client Project Responsibility

The Client is responsible for the applications they develop with what they learn: their design, security, quality, testing, data, legal compliance, maintenance, and deployment to production.

AI tools can produce incorrect, incomplete, unsafe, or inappropriate results. The Client must review, test, and validate the code and configurations before using them with real data or users, and maintain their own backups and version control.

Participating in the service does not certify the quality, security, or regulatory compliance of any application.

12. No guarantee of results

The service is one of teaching and guidance, not results. Weblabor does not guarantee that the Client will learn something in particular, complete an application, complete it within a certain timeframe, leave it without errors, or obtain income, customers or sales. Results depend on the Client's dedication, knowledge, tools and decisions.

Weblabor undertakes to provide, with professional diligence, what is included in the quote.

13. Payment

The service is paid in advance, for the amount and in the manner specified in the quote, through the payment method indicated by Weblabor. A payment is considered made when Weblabor confirms that it has received the funds, as established in the General Terms and Conditions.

Weblabor does not make automatic charges nor renews the service on its own. If the plan includes a subscription or other periodic payment, each payment is made manually by the Customer on its due date.

14. Cancellation and Termination

The Client may stop using the service whenever they wish. Payments made are not refunded for this reason alone, nor are already conducted sessions, meetings already held, or licenses already delivered reimbursed, without prejudice to what the quote establishes and the rights that the law does not permit to exclude.

If Weblabor stops offering the service before delivering what has already been paid for, it will refund the proportional part of what has not been delivered, or offer an alternative that the Client accepts.

Weblabor may suspend or terminate the service in case of fraud, unlawful use, non-payment, or serious or repeated misconduct, as established in the General Terms and Conditions, respecting any outstanding obligations that apply.

15. Intellectual Property

The teaching materials, documented methodology, recordings, designs, trademarks and Weblabor software are the property of Weblabor. The service grants the Client limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and temporary authorization to use the materials for the duration of the service and for their own learning and projects.

It is prohibited to copy or redistribute the materials, resell access, publish them on other platforms, share access with those who did not contract for it, or use them to offer equivalent courses or teaching services.

This does not prevent the Client from applying the knowledge, technical principles and general ideas learned, even in commercial projects.

What the Client develops is theirs, in accordance with the law, without prejudice to the licenses and rights of Weblabor and third parties. Weblabor Base and AI Toolkit are governed by their respective licenses.

16. Information and security

The Client is responsible for the information they place in artificial intelligence tools, repositories, the group, and any platform. They must have authorization to use third-party information and must not place credentials, sensitive data, or trade secrets without first verifying the privacy of the tool.

When Weblabor has access to Client information during a session, it treats it with confidentiality.

17. Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party platforms, such as video calls, messaging, payments or artificial intelligence, each with their own terms. Weblabor does not control their decisions, changes or interruptions, and may replace one platform with another equivalent one to continue providing what has been contracted.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Weblabor is not responsible for errors in code generated by artificial intelligence, the Client's technical decisions, failures of external providers, losses due to the Client's lack of backups, commercial results of the Client's projects, or the legal compliance of applications that the Client develops.

None of the foregoing excludes what the law does not permit to exclude, such as fraud or the inalienable rights of consumers.

19. Service Availability and Changes

Weblabor may improve, update, or change the methodology and materials as artificial intelligence tools and models evolve, without removing the essential content that the Client has already paid for.

20. Personal data

Weblabor handles personal data it receives in accordance with its Privacy Notice, published on the "Legal" page of weblabor.mx.

21. Acceptance, Notices, and Applicable Law

The Client accepts these terms when hiring or paying for the service, or when accepting a quote that mentions them.

Weblabor notices to the Customer are sent to the Customer's registered email or through the official support channel. Customer notices to Weblabor are sent through Weblabor's official support channels or to the service provider's address indicated above.

Weblabor may update these terms and conditions. Changes are published on this page with their "Last updated" date and are notified to the Client's registered email with at least five business days' notice before they take effect. They do not affect amounts already paid or services already contracted and in progress, unless the Client accepts them.

These conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. For their interpretation and compliance, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mérida, Yucatán, unless the law grants the Client another jurisdiction that cannot be waived.
