Lp Interactions records each visitor who goes through one of the company's public landing pages: who they are, which campaign brought them and how far they got. From the list you can open an analysis that compares campaigns step by step.
You see Lp Interactions in the Commercial group of the side menu only if you have been given access to it.
The list
The list shows each interaction's Name, Step, whether it Has Fbc, its Service and its Campaign. A visitor who has not left a name shows -- as their Name; when you open their interaction, the page is titled with their IP address.
At first the list shows only interactions at the Contacted step. Use the filters to narrow it by Has Fbc, Campaign, Step or Service.
Open an interaction to see the rest: Email, Phone, IP Address, the advertising identifiers FBC, FBP and FBClid, the User Agent, the Source Url and Referrer Url they arrived from, their answers under Tracks, and when it was Created At and Updated At.
Interactions are normally created by the landing pages, but you can also create one yourself with Create Lp Interaction, and delete one from the list or its page. No field is required to create one.
The steps
Step says how far the visitor got:
- Quiz Started and Quiz Finished, set by the landing page as they answer.
- Contacted, set when they leave their name to schedule a call.
- Application Sent, set when they send a job application through the form on the Slicing Pie page or the leaders page.
- Scheduled, No Showed, Qualified, Discarded and Selled, which you set yourself as you follow up.
To move a visitor on, edit the interaction and choose the new Step.
Every change of step is reported to Facebook, where the campaigns run, so that the campaigns learn which visitors went further. That happens both when the landing page changes the step and when you change it. When the new step is Quiz Finished, Qualified or Selled, a second event that names the interaction's service is sent as well. An interaction you create with a step already chosen is not reported until its step changes.
Analyse the campaigns
- Open Lp Interactions.
- Click Analyze Interactions.
The analysis shows one block per campaign, the most recently active first, with its Last update. Interactions without a campaign are grouped in a block named N/A. Each block starts with Accessed the site, the visitors who reached the page and have no step yet, and then one row per step: Quiz Start, Quiz Finished, Contacted, Scheduled, No Showed, Qualified, Discarded and Selled. When no visitor has been recorded at all, the page says No data.
For each step:
- Actual is how many visitors are at that step now.
- Accumulated is how many reached it, counting those who have moved past it. Qualified also counts those at Discarded. No Showed, Discarded and Selled count only those at that step, the same as Actual.
- % compares the step with the one before it. It is green, yellow or red depending on how good that conversion is, and each step has its own bar for what counts as good. No Showed and Discarded have no colour. Quiz Start is compared with Accessed the site and uses four colours: dark green from 5%, light green above 4%, yellow from 3% and red below that. No Showed, Qualified and Discarded are compared with Scheduled, and Selled with Qualified.
- Total % compares the step with every visitor in the campaign who has a step.
- Grand % compares the step with Accessed the site, which shows 100%. Because Accessed the site counts only the visitors with no step, the visitors at a step are not part of it, so Grand % and the % of Quiz Start can be above 100%.
Visitors at Application Sent are not part of the analysis. Nothing on this page can be edited.
